FAQ

Jeni’s offers a variety of information and services for customers interested in our ice cream, catering, gifting, and general product inquiries. If you’re wondering where to find our products, our pints and sauces are available in numerous grocery stores across the United States. To locate the nearest store carrying Jeni’s items, you can visit our Grocery page, which helps you identify convenient locations based on your area. This ensures that fans of our ice cream can easily access their favorite flavors without having to wait for shipping or delivery.

When it comes to shipping, the cost depends on the date and location of delivery. Rates may fluctuate depending on the day of the week your order is scheduled to arrive, with Alaska and Hawaii experiencing higher shipping costs than the continental U.S. Customers have the flexibility to order as few as five pints or as many as desired, with the per-delivery cost remaining consistent regardless of quantity. At checkout, you can select the delivery date that best suits your needs, though we generally avoid shipping over weekends to maintain product quality. For special events, we suggest scheduling your shipment one to two days ahead to ensure on-time delivery. Availability of certain delivery dates may be affected by order size, location, holidays, or other considerations.

Our return policy is simple: all sales are final. However, if your ice cream arrives not perfectly frozen, we will reship the order at no additional cost to ensure you receive the quality experience expected from Jeni’s. For any issues with your order or questions about customer service, you can reach out via email.

Jeni’s caters to various dietary preferences. Many of our ice creams, frozen yogurts, sorbets, and toppings are gluten-free, and we provide a dedicated Gluten-Free section to help you explore options safely. Similarly, we have an entire line of dairy-free flavors, which can be found in the Dairy-Free section of our offerings.

For fans who own a copy of Jeni’s cookbook and wish to have it signed, Jeni makes it possible to personalize books during scoop shop openings, special events, demonstrations, or book tour stops, giving enthusiasts a chance to connect directly with her.
